Lake Park Elementary is excited to host a Trick the Track (Trunk or Treat) PBIS Celebration (October 16, 2026) for our students who are being recognized for their positive behavior! We would love to have our amazing community partners join us and help make this event extra special. 💙❤️
Here’s what you need to know:
🍬 3 Time Slots Available
8:30–9:15 AM
9:15–10:00 AM
10:00–10:45 AM
You can sign up for one time slot or all three!
👫 We are aiming for about 500 students.
🎁 What Would You Provide?
We ask that each participating business or organization provide a small goodie for students to take home. This could be:

We want to recognize a very special lady who has been sharing her incredible talent with our school! Cindy Lyons has been working hard to create beautiful murals throughout our hallways, and they have truly brought our new school to life! ❤️🤍
Cindy shared these sweet words about her love of art:
"I can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t feel like an artist. I give so much credit to my sweet parents, who recognized my artistic ability at a very early age and always encouraged me to pursue it.
I graduated from Lowndes High School and went on to Valdosta State University, where I earned my degree in Art Education, as well as my master’s and specialist degrees. For 32 wonderful years, I had the privilege of teaching art in Lanier County Schools, a career I absolutely loved.
Now in my third year of retirement, I am enjoying a new chapter as a freelance artist, creating, painting, and continuing to share my love of art with others. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Scott, and I treasure our children, Lawton and Maggie, and Lillie Anna.
I believe art is a wonderful gift—one that allows us to bring joy to others, tell a story, and leave a beautiful mark on the world."
